Lenches Logging Company supply the local area with quality seasoned hardwood and softwood logs perfect for open fires, log burners and wood burning stoves.

Using renewable energy such as firewood from well managed woodlands, not only reduces carbon emissions particularly when compared to fossil fuels, such as coal or oil, but also helps to improve conditions for wildlife through sustainable land management. The majority of our logs come from sustainable UK woodlands, other timber sources are from tree removal and pruning jobs.

We sell our logs on volume in dumpy bags. These are the 1 tonne dumpy bags you find at builders merchants. Please do not be misled into thinking 1 dumpy bag  of logs = 1 tonne of logs as this is not the case. This means the logs we sell are of a constant measure. Our bags are 0.8 of a cube which is reflected in the price.
